As Head of Sales at OTee you will be responsible for optimising revenue generation by defining and implementing effective sales strategies. You will be in charge of  developing sales targets, managing sales performance, creating and executing sales strategies as well as deciding and monitoring KPIs to devise action plans for revenue growth. You will manage and be responsible for the whole sales function in our company. Ultimately, you will play a key role for the company both short and long term, and be cruicial to realise our ambition to improve how humans automate the world. 


You will report to the CEO and work closely with the whole team to ensure efficient communication and processes.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Find and close sales targets

  • Decide and monitor KPIs to create action plans for revenue growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for future development

  • Collaborate with Business Development Manager and the management team as an important part of the sales and business operations

Role requirements: 

  • 5 years + sales experience in Industrial Automation or B2B SaaS

  • Excellent communication skills, incl building presentation decks

  • The ability to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders

  • An excellent understanding of industries and market trends

  • Familiarity with CRM

  • Team player mentality

  • Excellent leadership skills
